Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule your Discovery Call, please let me know within one hour prior to our scheduled time. All other services, 100% refund if notice given prior to 72 hours before class, 50% refund if prior to 24 hours before class, no refund otherwise. IF A TRUE LAST MINUTE EMERGENCY, within 24 hours of class, no refund will be given, but you may attend an equal or lesser class at 50% off cost that is level-appropriate in the future.
